Shipping, exchanges and returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery time for shipments to the Iberian Peninsula will be a maximum of three working days at a cost of €5.55. Express shipping will also be available if necessary at a higher cost.
In the case of the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Portugal, contact us at our email: hello@balteistudio.com to be able to study each situation.
The shipping rate and time abroad will depend on the recipient country. All shipments outside the European Union do NOT include tariffs and customs fees. These fees will be paid by the recipient in the destination country.
If your shipment requires special urgency, you can contact Baltei Studio via email at hello@balteistudio.com to speed up delivery.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason the order you received does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to help you with the return.
Once you have received your order, you will have 15 calendar days to return it for another product or change the size. IMPORTANT: All exchanges and returns are subject to availability of stock of models and sizes at the time of the exchange or return.

Size change:
To make a size change, you must follow these steps:
- The change must be requested by email to hello@balteistudio.com indicating the order number and the new size number requested.
- Once we receive the email, we will evaluate your request and send you a form with the steps to follow to proceed with the return.
- The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
- Baltei Studio will assume the shipping costs in all cases except for orders OUTSIDE OF SPAIN.
Product return:
To proceed with the return, you must follow these steps:
- The change must be requested by email to hello@balteistudio.com indicating the order number, the reason for the incident and the affected items.
- Once we receive the email, we will evaluate your request and send you a form with the steps to follow to proceed with the return.
- The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
- The customer must assume a cost of €10 for said return.
- In the case of orders returned to countries outside of Spain, the customer will assume the cost and management of shipping the product and the order will not be refunded until we receive it in our warehouse in Spain.
My order is wrong and/or defective:
In the event that your order is incorrect or defective once we have reviewed it, we will take care of everything. To do so, you must contact us by phone or email at the addresses and phone numbers listed in these general conditions.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
In no case of return or size change, Baltei Studio will be responsible for shipping or collection costs, however, we can help you carry out the management with couriers from Madrid.
